Purpose: Catholic radio continues to be a great medium through which Catholics can evangelize our non-Catholic Christian brethren, catechize potentially lapse faithful, serve as a resource in the area of Catholic apologetics and offer an outlet for outreach to Catholics in very specific areas such as the pro-life movement and the lay apostolate. The King’s Men (TKM) radio program seeks to use the airwaves in three ways: first, to educate men on a variety of masculine spirituality related issues; second, to introduce men to TKM vision and mission; and third, to invite men to join TKM in building and uniting men by participation in TKM initiatives.

Education: TKM programming will always have as its primary focus the men in the listening audience. The themes and guests will be selected based upon their relevance to masculine spirituality and the current issues of the day. Some of the topics that will be addressed are: fatherhood; life as a single man; pornography; homosexuality; abortion; lives of male saints; chastity; teenage sexuality; and leadership training and opportunities.

Introduction: TKM radio show will raise awareness about this exciting new lay men’s apostolate by introducing to the listening audience the many people/Mark’s guests (religious, single and married) who are involved in the ministry and by promoting the many programs that TKM offers men

Invitation: TKM program will personally invite men to take up their post as true leaders, protectors and providers through monthly requests to join a formation and accountability group in the area, publicly witness at an abortion mill or a pornographic video or “strip” club, lobby state and federal legislature to put an end to the trafficking of pornography via the internet, cable television and neighborhood vendors or any other program/initiative that will help build the Kingdom in the hearts of others especially other men.
